Cancellation conditions

Cancellation policy

Unfortunately, it can happen that you have to cancel your stay due to unexpected circumstances. We advise you to take out good travel and cancellation insurance so that all parts of your holiday are insured. We will issue a cancellation invoice after full payment of the amount to be invoiced.

We apply the following conditions:

• Cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of the total travel sum.

• Cancellation from less then 4 weeks prior to arrival: 100% of the total travel sum.

• Entry tickets and service charges for attractions and other events cannot be cancelled.

• Fixed green fees can only be cancelled on the basis of the cancellation conditions of the golf course concerned.

• If you have rented  a car or bike trough Finca Sueño de Vida and you cancel, this will be done in consultation with the rental company and any costs will be passed on.
