General terms and conditions
• Breakfast is not included in the room rates. But it can be booked separately.
• When making a reservation, the number of people who will be staying overnight must always be correctly stated.
• The rooms are suitable for a maximum occupancy of the number of persons mentioned on our website. It is therefore not allowed to stay in the cottages with more people than stated.
• Check-in is possible after 15.00 hours. Please inform us at least one day in advance of your expected check-in time. Earlier check-in times are possible on request and dependent on availability.
• Check out before 10.00 hours.
• The owners and staff of B&B Finca Sueño de Vida cannot be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any form of damage, theft or loss caused during your stay or related to the use of the facilities on the premises. Your stay is at your own risk.
• The prices include a limited, but reasonable use of air conditioners. Consumption above this Kwh will be settled afterwards.
Terms of payment
• We confirm all bookings, arrangements, payments and purchases of tickets, green fees etc. via email. The deposit of the reservation is 50% of the total sum (reservations for green fees, car and bike rental and other tickets 100%). We ask you to pay the deposit within 48 hours if you have not already done so at the time of booking. Payment can be done by bank transfer, IDEAL or PayPal
• The remaining payment is due 28 days before your arrival.
•The remaining amount for activities, honesty bar, dinner, etc. needs to be paid by cash. We don't accept bank or creditcard payments
