We have been living in this beautiful area for a number of years now. We were also at the beginning of the same search as you a few years ago. Finding the perfect place that fully met our wishes. After a long search, we finally found our dream location. During that search, we gained a lot of experience and we also realized that we would have liked to see some things differently in the area of guidance. That can and may be different.
