Casa Rosa I is part of the more than 100-year-old former workers' house of our Finca. Our Finca is a former mandarin farm and Casa Rosa I was the front entrance to the workers' house at the time.
Like Casa Palma, Casa Rosa I has warm colours, but interspersed with fresh blue.
Up to 2 people can stay in Casa Rosa I and it has 1 bedroom with comfortable box spring beds, a wardrobe and a luggage closet. Books and games are available.
The large bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet. Bathrobes are hanging for you.
Make your own meals in the small kitchen. The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, 2 hotplates (electric), a combi microwave and coffee and tea facilities with free coffee, tea and sugar and milk.
Casa Rosa 1 has a seating area with two armchairs, a small Smart TV with free NLZiet, chromecast (on request) and a fold-out table to work or eat at. Free WiFi, Starlink internet.
It has it's own roofed terrace with a private seating are.
Airconditioning for cooling and warming in both the kitchen/seating area and bedroom.
