House Rules

• A fresh breakfast is ready for you between 9.00 and 10.30 am. Would you like to have breakfast earlier? This is only possible after consultation.
• When staying longer than 12 days, the bed linen will be changed on day 7. Other requests for an interim change of bed linen is possible at € 15,- per time. Towels can be changed every other day free of charge.
• Water/light, bed and bath linen and WIFI are included in the overnight rate.
• The prices include a limited but reasonable Kwh consumption per day for use of air conditioning cooling/heating. Be economical with the use of air conditioning and heating, use it only when you are inside and close all windows and doors during the day. You agree that we can check this and can charge you extra, with an amount of 10,- per day. Energy prices are also very high here and we try to keep the prices for accommodation low for you and your travel companions.
• We ask our guests to be considerate of the other guests and their hosts. Please refrain from loud noises in the accommodation and in common areas, especially between23:00 and 7:00.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted in and around the entire accommodation, except in the separate smoking area, please consider each other and the fire risk in the natural environment in Spain.
• Alcohol abuse and the use of drugs are not allowed in or near the entire accommodation.
• Parking on/near our property is free of charge but at your own risk.
• At check-in you will receive 1 set of keys destined for your stay, you are responsible for locking your cottage/room correctly.  In case of loss of the key(s), €100,- will be charged. On request 2 sets of keys are available, for this you sign extra.
• The rooms are suitable for a maximum occupancy of the number of persons stated on our website. It is therefore not allowed to stay overnight with more people than stated in the cottages.
• If you want to invite extra guests to stay at our Finca during the day, please discuss this with us. This is only allowed after permission and depending on the occupation of the other cottages.
• Check-in after 15.00 hrs.
• Check out before 10.00 o’clock. (Other times possible in consultation and depending on occupation).
• The owners and staff of B&B Finca Sueño de Vida cannot be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, theft or loss caused during your stay or related to the use of facilities on the premises. Your stay is at your own risk.
• We ask for a deposit of 150,- euros per cottage, payable in cash. This will be returned in full if everything is left complete and undamaged. Should any damage or loss occur during your stay. Please inform us of this. We can then solve this in consultation.
• A washing machine is available on request at certain hours, the cost per wash is € 7.50.
• Rubbish must be deposited in the container at the top of the road opposite the mailboxes.
• Please leave the cottages swept clean, with the bed linen off the beds and the kitchen equipment washed up or left clean in the dishwasher.

Swimming pool rules:

• There is no supervision, so pay attention to children who cannot swim!
• Diving is not allowed
• Use the shower before using the pool
• Be careful with wet tiles! It can be slippery (do not run).
• Be considerate of other guests in the pool area (use of equipment and noise)
• Use of the pool is at your own risk.
• The pool is available at all times but we ask for silence after 23.00 hours.

​Terrace rules:

• When using sunbeds and other chairs use a beach towel/large own towel (hygiene) Please note: towels in the cottage are not for the pool or on the sunbeds outside.
  
  
• If you do not have your own beach towel/large towel you can rent one at the Finca:

• Honesty-bar consumption can be used everywhere. Please note down on the list in the cottage.

• After 23.00 please be quiet on the terrace and outside for your immediate surroundings and other guests.
• Stay alert on the stairs, on and off steps.
• All sitting and lying areas are available to everyone. It is not allowed to reserve a place with a towel, please show consideration for other guests.
• Smoking is only allowed behind Casa Palma. There is a separate area for smokers.
