With a mix of Yoga and Pilates and Sport Yoga she gives you the perfect mix of strength, flexibility and relaxation. Also the perfect preparation or cooling down after playing golf.
Together with her we have put together 3 packages that in combination with our Golf packages form a perfect match to prepare your body perfectly for or the well-deserved cooling down after your golf game.
