The yoga classes are taught by Alison from Amor Yoga.
She has many years’ experience as a yoga instructor on the Costa del Sol and is herself a keen golfer and padel player.
She started practising yoga in 2012, not expecting it to have such a profound impact on her life as a whole. The benefits have a huge impact on a person’s physical, mental and emotional well-being.
With over 350 hours of yoga teacher training in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and strength training within yoga, she is an experienced yoga instructor across many disciplines.
With her extensive knowledge, she offers you the unique approach you need, whatever your goal is in practising yoga!

Yoga Retreat
We offer accommodation that is ideal for yoga retreats in spring and autumn. With 3 casitas, we provide a beautiful setting in the countryside for a fully catered yoga holiday for 7 to 8 people (transport, accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, excursions and, of course, daily yoga).
