Covid-19 guarantee

In case of cancellation as from 4 weeks before arrival due to official governmental restrictions such as closed borders or a travel ban, we advise you to appeal to your cancellation insurance. If this insurance does not pay out, you will receive a voucher with a value equal to the payment(s) received by us.

  • You can use this voucher for a one-off new booking up to one year after the date of departure of the cancelled stay.
  • A voucher can only be used for overnight stays and not for other expenditures like activities during the stay.
  • You can also directly rebook for a later date up to one year after the date of departure of the cancelled stay.
  • The price of the new reservation or rebooking is equal to or higher than the price of the cancelled stay and based on current prices and availability.
  • Reservations resulting from the COVID-19 guarantee (rebooking or payment via voucher) will automatically receive a non-refundable rate, in case of subsequent cancellations you will not receive a new voucher or a rebooking guarantee.
  • In case of cancellation or unused vouchers, no refunds will be made.
  • Cancelled or modified flights, anxiety, doctor’s advice, illness, vaccination-, quarantine- or testing requirements or your own decision not to travel are not covered by this guarantee.
